Desk phone is almost always flashing without any notifications for ( a missed call or voicemail ..etc. )... when this happens, have the user check the Zoom Workplace app (either on her Windows PC or mobile device) to see if there is an unread voicemail, as sometimes the Workplace app does not sync with the desk telephone.
