Printer Timeout Increase Settings

Printer Timeout Increase Settings

Below are some instructions for extending the sleep timeout on the Xerox B620 and the B410. Omit step 5 in this KB Article
  1. In the top left corner of the control panel touch screen, select Log In and ask the user to enter the admin creds.
  2. At the control panel touch screen, touch Device, then touch Tools.
  3. Touch Device Settings > Timers > System Timeout.
  4. To specify the time the printer waits to log out an inactive user at the control panel, for Minutes and Seconds, touch the arrows, then select values. (You can manually type the timeout in minutes but I usually have them hold down the up/right arrow until the timeout is set to max.)
  5. Touch OK.
  6. If prompted to enter a password, it is "admin1111"
